PLANTING A BOTTLE PALM TREE

Not all of us are lucky enough to grow bottle palms in our homes, but for those lucky of us who can, what a treat for them. These plants have their name due to the trunk’s strong resemblance to a bottle. The trunk is swollen and have rounded shape when young and becoming more elongated as the palm matures. Bottle palm referred to a true palm that is native to the Mascarene Islands where warm, soothy temperatures and loose, sandy soil form the plant’s habitat. Combating Smog

Smog is a term use for atmospheric instability, poor visibility, and large concentrations of gaseous and particulate air pollutants. The word "smog" is usually a combined mixture of two words "smoke" and "fog." Main Causes of Smog: Smog forming pollutants from numerous sources such as industries, factories, consumer products or vehicles are the typical causative factors of smog. In most urban areas, more than 50% of smog is formed in result of vehicular emissions. Mostly the smog occurred due to weather changes and heavy vehicle traffic and emissions from industries and other consumer products. Consumer products which causing smog are particularly include solvents, paints, plastic packaging and sprays. Lahore has a worst condition of pollution since last few years. All the major political parties for the big date 25 th July 2018 brought some green proposals to full their bags with worthy votes. Let’s go very honest, how many of us think about the Environmental Impacts of Election 2018?? This critique will look at the environmental impacts of political parties’ campaigns talking about the reduction of environmental issues. At the beginning towards the election campaigns 2018; we saw that the political parties for their campaigns hired many vehicles whether motorbikes , trucks or cars just to herald eminence on another, trying to get popularity, rallying on the long roads. This means that there were more the vehicles on the roads, the more fuel was exploited and more was the Carbon emissions. Even though the parties have some environmental proposals in their manifesto like cutting carbon emissions, but they didn’t even care about carbon emissions in their marketing campaigns.
