Fazila ishfaq (Environmental Engineer) Students with certificates and brushiers

 A Plantation campaign under Green Pakistan Programme started on Wednesday with college students to plant saplings at Govt.post graduate Islamia College for Women Lahore. WBM Foundation has organized this plantation campaign on Wednesday 27 Feb 2019 in collaboration with forest department.

  Miss fazila Environmental Engineer briefed the teachers as well as students about the importance of trees in environment and highlight their importance. The students of college showed keen interests in planting the saplings.

RFO Forest Mr.Toqeer Ajmal and Forest Guard and motivational speaker Mr Noor also visited the college and mingled with students to tell them about environmental, social and communal benefits of the trees. He urged the children to plant trees or saplings in their homes and considers them as their asset.

He also communicated the children as how trees combat climate change, clean the air, provide oxygen, conserve energy, and cool the streets and city.

Clean Pakistan- Plantation Campaign at Lahore Ring Road

Miss Fazila Ishfaq Planted Tree at Lahore Ring Road Eco Goals with the collaboration of WWF Pakistan planted 5000 trees on Lahore Ring Road sponsored by Akhuwat, the world's largest interest-free microfinance program.  Volunteers from Project: Pakistan and Akhuwat’s transgender community took part in the plantation activities. The plantation was facilitated by Lahore Ring Road Authority and PHA, in collaboration with Afforestation Lahore.  Volunteers of Eco Goal This 14 August plant a tree for our future!
