WBM Foundation conducted a spring plantation campaign on “ Plant for Punjab” with the collaboration of Forest Department Lahore on 11th march 2019 in Lahore Safari Park. This was aimed to discuss the current environmental issues and their cost-effective solutions. The event was inaugurated with the recitation of Holy Quran. Student of the university recited some verses from the Holy Book. Miss Fazila ishfaq and Miss Mahnoor Awan gave the brief introduction of WBM Foundation to audience consisted of more than 40 individuals.

Plantation:
Following the seminar activity, plantation activity was held in the premises. Jahangir Khan Tareen, Malik M. Amin , Sardar M. Sibtain Khan , Syed M. Sibtain Bukhari along with students ,Mr. Saleem (DFO Punjab) planted the plants in the park and initiated the plantation activity.

 WBM Foundation participated in Plant for Punjab tree plantation campaign in lahore safari park, dated:11-03-19 Jahangir Khan Tareen planted plant in Safari Park and inaugurated Plant for Punjab campaign. Special prayers were also offered on this occasion. Provincial Minister forests, Sibtain Khan, Advisor Prime Minister Amin Aslam, Provincial Minister Information Syed Sumsam Ali Bukhari and others are also accompanying.
Many NGo's were invited on this occasion ,the ceremony is basically to give a practical knowledge on how to live an environmentally friendly life by planting a tree in communities.

Bali foundation, punjab forest department and other ministries planted a tree in the safari park.Local school students also participated in this plantation campaign.Almost 300 plants were planted in ground with the help of kids.
Jahangir khan tareen appreciated the efforts made by wbm foundation and also promise to help WBM Foundation in its ongoing plantation project.

Conclusion :
Plantation was conducted successfully .The activity proved to be effective and motivational . All of the participants and students showed their zeal determination for the cause. Plantation activity was held in the University’s admin ground.

Clean Pakistan- Plantation Campaign at Lahore Ring Road

Miss Fazila Ishfaq Planted Tree at Lahore Ring Road Eco Goals with the collaboration of WWF Pakistan planted 5000 trees on Lahore Ring Road sponsored by Akhuwat, the world's largest interest-free microfinance program.  Volunteers from Project: Pakistan and Akhuwat’s transgender community took part in the plantation activities. The plantation was facilitated by Lahore Ring Road Authority and PHA, in collaboration with Afforestation Lahore.  Volunteers of Eco Goal This 14 August plant a tree for our future!
