Fazila Ishfaq (Environmental Engineer) with college staff

WBM Foundation conducted a spring plantation campaign on “ land a hand to green earth” with the collaboration of Forest Deprtment Lahore on 8th mar 2019. This was aimed to discuss the current environmental issues and their cost-effective solutions. The event was inaugrated with the recitation of Holy Quran. Student of the university recited some verses from the Holy Book. Miss Fazila ishfaq and Miss Mahnoor Awan gave the brief introduction of WBM Foundation to audience consisited of more than 40 individuals.

Plantation:
Following the seminar activity, plantation activity was held in the university permises. Dr Qaiser Abbass (Director university) and Ameer Muhammad Khan (CM punjab legal advisor) along with students ,Mr. Saleem (DFO Punjab) planted the seedlings in the school and initiated the planation activity.

Conclusion :
Plantation was conducted successfully .The activity proved to be effective  and motivational . All of the participants and students showed their zeal determination for the cause. Plantation activity was held in the University’s admin ground.

Clean Pakistan- Plantation Campaign at Lahore Ring Road

Miss Fazila Ishfaq Planted Tree at Lahore Ring Road Eco Goals with the collaboration of WWF Pakistan planted 5000 trees on Lahore Ring Road sponsored by Akhuwat, the world's largest interest-free microfinance program.  Volunteers from Project: Pakistan and Akhuwat’s transgender community took part in the plantation activities. The plantation was facilitated by Lahore Ring Road Authority and PHA, in collaboration with Afforestation Lahore.  Volunteers of Eco Goal This 14 August plant a tree for our future!
