CM Usman Buzdar visit the stall of Eco Goals

As part of Independence celebrations, Eco goals movement ,environmental activist Miss Fazila Ishfaq along with her team  celebrated plantation drive led by Chief Minister Punjab Usman Buzdar, held at Saagian Park/interchange, Lahore Ring Road.

This 14 August plant a tree for our future!!  The drive was lead by various government departments including Commissioner Lahore, Punjab Forest Department, PHA, The Urban Unit, LRRA and LDA. *The site was designed by Naeem Bajwa, Areeba Imran and Sarah Khan.

This Plantation campaign lead by Eco goals and it is a part of ‘Clean and Green Pakistan’ initiative. The initiative has created a consortium of NGOs and CSOs of Lahore to take ownership of this mission.

Seminar on Smog Awareness and Environment Protection

Miss Fazila Ishfaq conducted a Smog awareness seminar at Fatima Jinnah College for Women Chuna Mandi Lahore.  Around 250 plants including, neem, kikar, and rose were distributed among the students of the college. Miss Fazila Ishfaq give motivational speech on Smog and how to mitigate it.Principal of college Dr.Samina also motivated students about the environment and highlight the importance of the environment. Chairman PHA, Yasir Gillani was the chief guest of the event, Other PTI members and MPA ,Mian Zaman Naseeb and Wahid Azeem also take active participation in the seminar and highlight the importance of the Environment. Miss Fazila Ishfaq motivated the staff and students to bring change in society by planting Trees.Everyone appreciated the efforts of Miss Fazila Ishfaq.
